Washed in spring water
Our leaves are gently washed in fresh spring water in the UK (and nothing else). Preserving the taste. Enhancing the goodness.

Nature friendly farming
The challenges of farming are many, but we work with nature to help us find solutions. For instance, we manage our farms to attract wildlife; planting and maintaining wildflower meadows and hedgerows and enhancing streams and rivers to increase biodiversity – nature’s pest control.
Fresh thinking
We challenge ourselves to think bigger and better every day. Our pioneering spirit has led us to produce leafy goodness in the most exciting and delicious ways. Our achievements include the introduction of bagged watercress, baby leaf salads, spinach, and rocket. We never stop moving forward in the products we make and the ways we work.

On shelves, in supermarkets and also online, Steve’s Leaves was founded by ‘leaf pioneer’, Steve. Uniquely paired to create the perfect medley of textures and tastes, the range includes a variety of baby leaves: spinach, pea shoots and watercress.
